    Sarika Lad brings over 10 years of Costing and teaching field experience to SpaceGuru Infotech (SGI). She is responsible for plan and implement budgets, policies, and procedures related to staffing, labor relations, training. She handled all maintenance, enhancement and technical support for all third-party products. Additionally, she manages the product and serveries design of all new SGI group third-party products.

    Sarika is technically proficient in designing web sites and software. She has sound knowledge of Staffing and training activities which is most important part in The Software industry.

    Sarika has a Bachelor degree in Costing tax law procedures and practices from Pune University, India. NTTC Diploma in child Education & Applied Psychology from IAO Huston U.S.A
    Ravindra Lad (CFO)
    Ravindra Lad brings over 20 years of financial, technical, consulting and business experience to SpaceGuru Infotech (SGI). He is responsible for all SGI Group marketing and business development. Ravi combines a great business sense with more than a decade of technology experience. He has helped organizations put processes around business practices to identify and control expenditures. Over the last number of years, Ravi has been increasingly involved with relationship management in building successful alliances. As the Marketing and Business Development, Ravi works closely with the existing SGI Group channels and alliances while looking to further expand globally.

    Before rejoining SGI Group, Ravi served as the business development manager and responsible for a third-party developer program at a Accurate Guessing firm. While working at the Calibration firm, he managed to double the number of partners in the program and implemented procedures and Calibration tools surrounding the program.

    Ravi has held other roles within the financial sector where he was responsible for project management, system implementations, development and support of applications. During his career, he has helped organizations identify best practices, managed their data and infrastructure and provided strategic planning. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University India.
